Train like you've never trained before with our Beach & Board Bootcamp!

If you're looking for a new way to break a sweat and get outdoors, this is for you! Combining Celine's passion for the sea, her SUP board and her training as a Extreme Performance Training (XPT) coach, this one-of-a-kind training program was designed to take Aqua and Board Fitness to the next level by combining breathwork and bootcamp style exercises on land, the board and in the sea.


It's an all-round fitness class that is fun and truly tests your mettle. After, you will leave feeling happy, refreshed and tired - but in a good way. As one of our customers says: "I thought I was coming for a club med aquagym session. I got a proper, fun workout!"

Classes take place every week on Saturday. Being able to draw on different skills and training styles - even Yoga and Pilates - Celine changes and adapts them every week to keep it challenging and interesting and also to adapt to the individual needs and capabilities of each group member, so it's fun and safe for everyone!

Sign up for one of our group classes. There are 2 slots of 90 minutes each every Saturday morning at 8:30 am and 10:30 am at Tanjong Beach on Sentosa. 


4 pax maximum. Beginners welcome but you must be able to swim.
